答题思路:此题属于物品类话题,大家可以考虑一下,之前准备过的object答案哪些可以和健康联系起来。比方说:a plant (purify the air, improve the indoor environment, make me feel refreshed…);a type of healthy food (home-made, high in nutrition, low fat, enable me full of energy…);a magazine (provide information on health, teach readers how to have a healthy lifestyle, give suggestions on daily schedule and choices of food…);a pet (relieve my stress from work and study, help me forget about troubles, good for mental health…)。另外,还可以结合gift,handmade stuff等来回答“how did you get it?”的问题,使答案更加丰富。如此一来,只需要在老题答案原有的基础上稍作改变,不需要重新准备一个全新的答案,从而可以省下很多时间。
雅思口语范文:
Well, I think a stuff good for health doesn’t have to be a device or something. What I find is especially useful lately is actually a magazine. Unlike most of other magazines that focus on fashion, the one I’d like to talk about offers lots more information on health. It is published semi-monthly and is subscribed by my mom who’s a housewife caring much about everyone’s health in the family. She not only reads it herself but also recommends me to read it.
The magazine basically tells the readers about how to have a healthy lifestyle. There are a variety of information included, ranging from right choices of food to ideal daily schedules. The part I like the most is the recipes that teach us how to make food both healthy and tasty. Once I made a salad based on the ingredients and steps in the magazine. After my parents tried it, they said they loved it because it tasted really nice and less greasy. Also, I remember an article giving advice to young people that a couple of things can be done to minimize the damages caused by staying up late to the health. Such advice seems more valuable than just keeping saying the importance of getting enough sleep, because many people at my age sometimes have to sacrifice their sleeping time to finish certain urgent tasks. Of course, the magazine has numerous other articles written for people in different age groups, from the elders to kids.
So, I regard this magazine as a mentor to my lifestyle. By reading it, my health has benefited a lot indeed.
